Divine Nine Garden Plaza Renovation -MEP

In general, the work consists removing existing site features, prepping the site, and installing new monuments with internal lighting, monolitlhic seat with under lighting, back lit sign, concrete paver plaza, sod and landscaping and general site restoration. Work includes salvaging on site features for reuse on site including benches and bicycle racks. Removing and reconstructing existing concrete landscape curbs and low site walls. Removal of an existing large tree including stump removal. Site preparation for proposed site improvements including electrical connection to nearby Vilas Hall and necessary terminations on site. Delegated design and fabrication based on the contract documents for monuments, monolithic seat element, signage are also included. Reinstallation of salvaged elements, landscaping, site restoration and clean up.
