Description

For additions and improvements at the Missaukee County Recycling Center for the installation of: Grade site and install a cement pad with 4’ side walls to support a 30’x50’ pole barn (12 ft high) SEE ATTACHMENT. Oversee installation of pole barn from third-party vendor Grade site and install cement pad for 12x20 shed (footprint is flexible, larger not smaller) Installation of pre-made shed or shed constructed on site. General Contractor can subcontract for shed finish on site OR general contractor can build out and finish the shed onsite. Shed will need insulation, heating, window A/C, water, bathroom, kitchenette with room for full size fridge, and office area with outlets). Sub-contract and oversee the installation of a septic field and connect to serve shed’s kitchen and bathroom Sub-contract and oversee the installation of a well & connection to shed to serve bathroom and kitchen. Sub-contract and oversee the installation of propane tank and connect to heater to serve heating needs of shed Make improvements to driveway in spring 2022, as determined between General Contractor and Missaukee County, not to exceed $11,000 Removal of several box cars used as storage containers on site. Relocate remaining box cars on site, if necessary, to new locations as agreed upon by General Contractor and Missaukee County.
