| Description | For each Concentration Tank, removal and replacement of existing mechanical drive mechanisms, including rake and drive assemblies, catwalk, grease breeching system, baffles, effluent weir system, and fiberglass dome covers for Concentration Tank Nos. 1, 2, and 3. Fiberglass dome cover for Concentration Tank No. 4 shall be removed and re-installed. In addition, rehabilitation of the tanks internal concrete by removing all loose concrete and all grout material and making necessary repairs to the spalled or cracked concrete. Including application of a suitable coating system to protect concrete from hydrogen sulfide corrosion. Televise and clean the entire length of the sludge withdrawal pipe from each Concentration Tank to the sludge header located in the basement of the existing Plant Control Building and remove encountered obstructions. Cleaning shall include both mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning. Rehabilitation of existing inline sludge grinder located in the basement of the existing Plant Control Building. Removal and replacement of primary sludge pumps and associated piping modifications within Primary Sludge Pump Station Nos. 1 & 2. Replace and reprogram existing PLC 200 for Primary Sludge Pump Station Number 1, PLC 250 for Primary Sludge Pump Station Number 2 and PLC 600TP for Concentration Tanks Sludge Withdrawal System. | ||||||||||||||
