This acquisition has been designated for procurement as a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-aside and will be awarded via request for proposal IAW FAR Part 15. D. The project magnitude for this requirement is IAW FAR 36.204(e) between $500,000 and $1,000,000. E. Performance and Payment Bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102. F. The construction wage requirements statute (DAVIS-Bacon) FL20220105, Heavy applies to this project. G. The Period of Performance is 180 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). Questions and Answers are due on 06 June 2022 at 1:00 PM, CST. Proposals are due no later than 16 June 2022 at 1:00 PM, CST. Site Visit Details Date: 01 June 2022 Time: 0800 Location: Visitor's Center, Tyndall AFB, FL Directions: Each Prime Contractor is allowed to bring two personnel. Contractors shall provide the names of who will be attending the site visit no later than 24 May 2022, 4:00 PM CST by filling out Attachment - Base Access Request EAL and sending to all Points of Contact listed above. Interested contractors will be limited to two (2) personnel, shall wear an appropriate face mask, and adhere to social distancing and guidelines. L-1 PROPOSAL PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS A. To assure timely and equitable evaluation of the proposal follow the instructions contained herein. Your proposal must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. Alternate proposals will not be accepted. B. The contracting officer has determined there is a high probability of adequate price competition in this acquisition. Upon examination of the initial offers, the Contracting Officer will review this determination and if, in the contracting officer's opinion, adequate price competition exists, no additional cost information will be requested and certification under FAR 15.406-2 will not be required. However, if at any time during this competition the contracting officer determines that adequate price competition no longer exists; offerors may be required to submit information to the extent necessary for the contracting officer to determine the reasonableness of the price. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
