The intent of this project is to reclaim the strip-mined area in accordance with the Drawings and these Technical Specifications. The work involved essentially consists of: erosion and sediment pollution controls, clearing and grubbing, grading, ditching with erosion protection, subsurface drain construction, gate installation, and seeding.
