Description | Furnishing of all necessary permits, labor, material, and services necessary for: City Hall Floor 1 Renovation (the "Project"), as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by Community Design Alliance (Design Professional"). Bids will not be accepted after this time. Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best responsible bid(s). In general, the improvements for which bids are requested will consist of the following: Notice is also posted on the City's web site, www.hamilton-oh.gov click on Services then Bids & Quotes, or by query directly at website. The electronic bids can only be submitted online , and must be electronically endorsed by the Bidder. Contract documents are available through the Bid Express Website Email support@bidexpress.com Contract Documents may be reviewed during business hours at the following locations: Purchasing Division, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio, 45011. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s).
