Description

Structural bridge load ratings for all legal vehicles, including Specialized Hauling Vehicles (SHVs) in compliance with the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) and as outlined in WA State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) letter to agencies (July 23, 2021) (attached) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Memorandum HIBT-10 (November 15, 2013) (attached). The city has two, single span bridges that are currently listed in the Washington State Bridge Inventory System (WSBIS) that fall under the city’s jurisdiction.
