The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The site is generally flat and includes a paved entrance lane approximately 30 ft wide by 110 ft long. The pavement widens slightly toward the end to approximately 36 ft wide and totals approximately 3,900 sf of asphalt surface. The pavement transitions to a sand surface that continues until the grasses and sand dunes are reached. Social trails lead through the sand and beach grass over the sand dunes to the Atlantic Ocean.
