Description

City Hall Building 1 and 2 Remodel: Exterior scope includes a new canopy for Building 1 and landscaping for the main entry. A portion of both buildings will be renovated to accommodate department relocations. Phased construction of work will include Building 1 and Building 2. Additionally, finish upgrades will occur for the remainder of the buildings. Some portions of both the buildings will remain operational throughout construction. Municipal court: Finish upgrades including carpet, paint, and base.
