This project is for the sitework and construction of a new 1,237 sf Strickland Brothers Oil Change Facility in Greenville, NC. The site work includes demolition, grading, storm drainage, water and sewer utility work (the plans will be updated to give the details of the water & sewer details), concrete paving, curb &gutter, striping and accessories, and landscaping with irrigation. Please read the Geotech report provided by ECS. The building is a masonry/wood framed structure on a slab on grade with a TPO roof.
