| Description | 1 Remove the building and foundation to a minimum of two (2) feet below final grade. 2 Remove the yard walks and steps. 3 Back fill the basement with clean earth or rubble fill. Spread an average of six (6") inches of clean earth over the rubble fill. 4 Grade the lot to conform to existing contours, unless otherwise specified. 5 Remove steps from the public sidewalk, repair walk in accordance with specifications of the City Engineer. 6 Take necessary steps to protect the adjoining property. 7 Remove driveway and drive apron. Repair curb and sidewalk in accordance with Department of Transportation and Engineering requirements. (Separate permit, inspection and approval from DOTE is required.) 8 Remove all trash, rubbish, weeds, and brush from the entire site. (Protect all large mature trees and remove dead trees) 9 Spread seed and straw in accordannce with the standard specifications over 6" of clean earth that is free of rocks and rubbish. | ||
