Also includes the resurfacing of SR 119 section 502 in Jefferson County Punxsutawney Borough from approximately US 119 intersection of SR 2017 at segment 0140 offset 0574 to approximately just west of Lions Club Road at segment 0250 offset 1453. Also includes the preservation of the existing structure carrying SR 119 over Mahoning creek in Jefferson County Punxsutawney Borough from approximately just south of Mahoning Creek at segment 0080 offset 0123 to approximately just north of Mahoning Creek at segment 0080 offset 0498.
