Pool Interior and Deck Resurfacing

Provide the design, labor, materials, equipment, services, and all incidentals necessary, as further defined in this invitation to bid, to resurface the Village’s Community Center swimming pool and pool deck, located at 10 Village Green Way, Key Biscayne, FL 33149. The Project must be completed within 21 days. The swimming pool measures 25 yards, has six (6) lanes, and is approximately 23 meters deep (132,000 gallons). Additionally, the Project includes resurfacing the concrete flooring surrounding the pool, including the terrace and steps, with a textured surface product. The surface area of the pool deck is approximately 6,650 sq. ft.
