Consists of the installation of approximately 1,600-feet of 12-inch and 430-feet of 8-inch DIP waterline, open-cut steel casing pipe culvert crossing, fire hydrants, and miscellaneous valves, fittings, and piping. Services also shall include, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, sedimentation and erosion control, traffic control, surface restoration, connections to existing piping and structures, and all associated appurtenances
