| Description | The City of Benicia Parks & Community Services (PCS) Department is requesting proposals from qualified companies for Landscape Maintenance Services during the fiscal years 2022/23-2023/24. The selected proposer will enter into a Contract (see attached Agreement Appendix A) to perform all services outlined in the "Scope of Work." The Contract may be renewed for 2 (two) additional one year terms (for a maximum contract length of 4 (four) fiscal years) based on mutual agreement by the City and Consultant. Job Sites: Water Treatment Plant, 100 Water Way, Benicia (WTP) Wastewater Treatment Plant, 614 East 5th Street Benicia (WWTP) Bus Hub, corner of Park Road and Industrial Way (HUB) The City reserves the right to cancel or reject all or a portion(s) of the Proposal Request without notice. Further, the City makes no representations that any agreement will be awarded to any organization submitting a proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted in response to this request. Any changes to the proposal requirements will be made by written addendum. |
