Description

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit competitive bids from qualified contractors to provide all applicable construction services necessary to complete the JTAMobilityWorks Parramore Road Extension Project. The major work items include new roadway construction, roadway drainage, milling and resurfacing, clearing and grubbing, landscaping, maintenance of traffic, signalization, signing and markings, lighting, and utility coordination and relocations. The JTAMobilityWorks project also includes utility work consisting of Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA) water main installation.
