Description

The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: 1.Replacement of four(4) air handling units (AHU) located in Butler building section of Leach Science Center with one(1) externally mounted unit; Provide hydronic VAV boxes throughout the building for individual zone climate control 2. Replacement existing fire detection and alarm system with new fire alarm and mass notification system. 3. Electrical support of Mechanical portion of work. 4. Replacement of existing light fixtures with LED fixtures in areas where ceiling is removed for HVAC upgrade 5.Paint exterior of building to match the finish of the recent Leach Science Center addition.
