For Psychiatric Health Facility-Environmental Housekeeping Services The County of Butte is seeking a firm to provide Environmental Housekeeping Services (EHS) for the Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) for the Department of Behavioral Health. Final Date to Summit Questions and/or Requests for Clarification-1/27/2023 by 5:00pm PST. Questions Answered via Addendums-February 6, 2023 by 5:00PM Contract for this RFP will be awarded for a 3-year period for the 2023/24 - 2025/26 fiscal years which commences 7/1/2023 and expires 6/30/2026. The term of this Contract shall be for a period of three (3) years. The County will provide answers and clarifications by posting an addendum(s) electronically. Questions received after said time will not be answered The County may reject any submittal that does not meet all of the mandatory requirements of this Solicitation, is conditional or is incomplete. The County reserves the right to reject any or all submittals received if the County determines that it is in its best interest to do so. Further, the County may cancel or amend this Solicitation at any time and may submit similar solicitations in the future.
