Cityside MS Renovations, East HS PE Addition & Renovations West HS PE Renovations - Bid Package 3B (Bid Category 14 - Flooring - Rebid) The Project consists of interior building renovations to Cityside Middle School, a fitness addition and renovations to East High School, and fitness renovations to West High School for Zeeland Public Schools 2021 Bond Issue. Bid proposals were previously received on 08/08/2022 for Bid Categories 01 thru 21 and have been awarded to successful bidders. This bid proposal issuance is strictly for the re-bidding purposes related to Bid Category 14 - Flooring ONLY. A Pre-Bid Conference is currently not planned at this time. Tiling, Resilient Base and Accessories, Resilient Athletic Flooring, Sheet Carpeting 2.Minor preparation of floor and wall surfaces such as grinding, patching, latexing, latence, scum and paint removal, etc. 3. Final cleaning of tile surfaces. 4. All required trims, reducers and base related to all flooring material types and specifications. 5. Caulking of control joints in tile surfaces. 6. Include all setting beds as required for achieving finish floor elevations shown and/or required to match existing finish floor elevations. 7. Moisture testing prior to all flooring installations. Forward testing reports to CM and Architect. 8. Include floor patching work with owner stock at locations shown on drawings. 9.
