Description

Requested Specification: 3000 psi concrete, 32 cubic yards 1 EA 002 Requested Specification: 3000 psi concrete, 26 cubic yards 1 EA 003 Requested Specification: Custom Tubular 1/8" minimum steel Sleeves, 1" diameter, 8" deep, will be set in concrete slabs to accept custom wall panels with 1" diameter pins 84 EA 004 Requested Specification: Custom Wall Jig per attached schematic; made of steel I-beams; 8' tall, 438.5" wide, I-beams installed 71.63" on center, spaced evenly across jig. 3x steel I-beams for reinforcement/structural support at 45 degree angles to structure, one on each end, one on center. All measurements and fabrication should meet spec outlined in Buy attachment 03. 1 EA 005 Requested Specification: Custom moveable wall solution - 4' W x 6.5' H x 3/4" D marine grade HDPE sheets with pins on center at 4' on left and right side at bottom of panel to sit inside custom metal sleeves installed in concrete pad. Solution provides modular walls for changeable floor plans. 20 EA 006 Requested Specification: Delivery and installation to 31409. Contractor shall rapidly develop, deploy, and construct 2x custom demolitions pads. The first should be 20' x 40' x 12" placed at the designated location per customer specification on Hunter Army Airfield, GA. First pad should have a custom wall jig secured into the concrete per attached schematic (buy attachment 03). Second pad should be 30' x 50' x 8" placed at the designated location per customer specification on Hunter Army Airfield, GA. Pad will have 84 tubular metal sleeves, 1" diameter, 8" deep set in every 48" per attached schematic (buy attachment 03). All work should be completed by contractor providing manpower, tools, equipment, construction material, on-site project management, and safety protocols. Contractor shall certify the enduring structural integrity, rigidity, and stability of the pads, wall jig, and metal sleeves to support a high operations tempo for a military unit. Contractor should expect on-site flexible construction modifications to accommodate 75th Ranger Regiment's intent during the period of construction and hence shall take into consideration this design-build, field re-design-build iterative process during the formal response. Contractor shall grade and level work area in preparation for both concrete pads specified, pour concrete, and slope concrete to facilitate drainage away from the training area. Contractor shall remove 900 square feet of small trees and stump removal at designated site to support concrete pad construction. Solutions should support explosive breach training. Contractor shall construct an earth berm between 8-10' high and 330' long in a U shape surrounding the new wall jig area to match current berm on site as directed by the 75th Ranger Regiment. Contractor shall afford time and budget for ancillary site-specific unforeseen construction additions. 1
