| Description | Project Will Include the removal and replacement of a nominal 40 Ton chiller including an indoor mounted evaporator and an exterior roof mounted air cooled condenser, and an associated chilled water pump. Electrical power to the chiller and pump will be disconnected and reconnected to the new equipment. Chilled water piping will be removed and replace as required to accommodate the disconnection and reconnection of the evaporator, and refrigerant piping will be provided between the new chiller evaporator and air cooled condenser. The new chiller and pump will be added to the building existing temperature control system. Existing structural support will be modified to accommodate the new roof mounted equipment. | ||
