| Description | Qualified contractors to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to perform the following: 1. Remove and replace playground equipment with same or similar equipment. 2. Notify Manager or Foreman when arriving on and leaving site. 3. Contractor shall comply with all local requirements regarding permitting. 4. Contractor shall Furnish and maintain any and all warning devices (i.e., barricades, cones, signs, lights, etc.) required to adequately protect the public, JHA staff, and other workers during the performance of the work. 5. Any damage caused by the contractor is the responsibility of the contractor to correct or repair. |
