Demolition of Unsafe Structures

As of May 9, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded it is still under review. The City of West Park, Florida will receive sealed proposals from Qualified Bidders for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the "Demolition of Unsafe Structures" project. Qualified Bidders are defined as General Contractors or Demolition Contractors with experience having completed similar work in scope and size within the Southeast Florida area, with sufficient financial wherewithal to sustain construction costs. In order for your bid to be considered, you must fully complete all items requested in this specification. For information on this Bid Invitation, contact the City Clerk, City of West Park. All questions must be emailed to the City Clerk at agrant@cityofwestpark.org or mailed to the attention of the City Clerk, City of West Park, 1965 South State Road 7, West Park, Florida 33023. The last day for accepting questions will be Friday, April 14, 2023 by 4:00 pm. Any questions answered during the proposal period, if said answer affects the essence of the proposal, will be incorporated in an addendum, which will be forwarded equally to all proposers. No verbal instructions or interpretations of specifications and exhibits will be made. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible responsive bidder. If, however, the City Manager deems it to be in the best interest of the City of West Park, the City Administrator reserves the right to reject any of all Qualifications with or without cause; to waive any or all irregularities with regard to the specifications and to make the award to the firm offering the greatest advantage to the City.
