| Description | This solicitation is to establish a Service Contract to provide Water Sample Collection as specified for the Louisiana Department of Health - Office of Public Health for an initial one (1) year period beginning July 1, 2023 or date of award, whichever is later, and ending June 30, 2024. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may be renewed for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time not to exceed thirty-six (36) months. Method of Award: It is the intent of the State to award this contract on an all-or-none basis to the overall lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications. The State further reserves the right to reject individual line items from the award |
