Furnish, Deliver and Disposal of Type 13. Bulky Waste

The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) accepts sealed bids to furnish and deliver 20 and 40 cubic yard roll- off / roll-on containers for pick up and disposal of TYPE 13. BULKY WASTE for various Newark Housing Authority sites. The contract term shall be for a period of two (2) years with (1) one-year option to renew at the sole discretion of the NHA. All questions and requests for information must be submitted through the Bid Sync system. The deadline for posting questions and requests about this IFB is Thursday, March 16, 2023, at 3:00 PM . The Bid Sync system will not accept postings after the deadline set for submitting questions. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond(s) for 100% of the contract as awarded. The surety company for all bonds must be a guaranty or surety company acceptable to the U.S. Department of Treasury – T-Listed. Individual sureties will not be considered. The surety company must be licensed to do business in New Jersey. U.S. Treasury Circular 570, published annually in the Federal Register, lists companies approved to act as surety on bonds securing government contracts, the maximum underwriting limits on each contract bonded, and the state in which each company is licensed to do business.
