Notice is hereby given by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government that bids will be received at the LFUCG procurement website, lonwave (below), for: Bid 48-2023 Squires Road Sidewalk and Wilson Downing Sidewalk. These projects are Federal Projects subject to the requirements of the Federal-aid Highway Program. The KYTC Item Number for the Squires Road Sidewalk Project bid is [07- 03721.00]. The federal project number for this bid is [CM 3003 317], and the Contract ID is [SC-628-1700004178]. The KYTC Item Number for the Wilson Downing Sidewalk Project bid is [07-03216.00]. The federal project number for this bid is [TAP 4003 013], and the Contract ID is [SC-628-1600003546]. Federal Form FHWA-1273 is attached hereto and fully incorporated herein by reference Consisting of the construction and/or furnishing of items as listed in the Bid Schedule included in Part III, Form of Proposal of this document, plus incidentals necessary to complete the work. The Squires Road Sidewalk Project consists of construction of sidewalk, curb & gutter, and ADA compliant sidewalk on the north side of the 200 block of Squires Rd to enable safe pedestrian travel between two neighborhoods and facilitate access to the commercial district to the east and the scenic reservoir to the west.
