Description

The Scope of Work includes remodeling and an addition to the existing fire station with structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical assemblies. Architectural spaces include, but not limited to, equipment room(s), offices, day room, a training area,kitchen/dining area, sleeping quarters, storage rooms, physical fitness area, mechanical/utility room, restrooms, and I.T. room. The building is masonry, metal studs and steel construction with TPO roof system, and other construction assemblies as indicated on the drawings and in the project manual.
