Description

Work shall be scheduled through and approved by the DNR Project Engineer and the Facility Manager. The Contractor shall perform all work Monday through Friday during the normal hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, unless approved by the Project Engineer in writing. The contractor shall notify the DNR Project Engineer seven (7) days prior to the start of work. Contractor shall coordinate with the DNR Project Engineer and the Facility Manager the date ofpreconstruction conference, the work, and any closures required. Use of the premise by the Contractor is to be limited to specified work areas and approved storage areas All questions shall be submitted by August 3rd, 2022, by 2:00 p.m. to allow time for the Project Manager to respond to the questions. To provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to perform the removal of septic tank, septic pump chamber and the installation of a new lift station at the Cavanaugh operation house at Fort Frederick State Park This is an online solicitation only! Please submit all bids online. SBR vendors are encouraged to respond. Please carefully read the detailed specs in its entirety. Please note the qualifications of the contractor. If the project requires any specific type of license, please put the license number(s) on the Bid Form attachment. The Department strongly suggests attending the pre-bid meeting. The job completion time is 90 days and $250 per day for liquidated damages.
