Architectural Services - Renovations and Additions

This project consists of an addition of a small office and workroom on the northeast corner of the existing Governors Mansion, an exterior door covering on the west side, a private restroom on the ground floor, and automatic locking devices at various points in the facility. Design of all components shall be consistent with those currently in place at the Governors Mansion. Other elements necessary include but are not limited to: a retaining wall and subsurface drainage modifications, site work, and selective demolition. Furniture/fixtures/equipment, data/telephone, access controls, and security cameras will be provided under separate contracts; however, coordination of these items and systems with the projects design and construction will be necessary on the part of the Designer.
