| Description | Removal of existing theatrical lighting system, equipment and towers and replace with new theatrical lighting and audio system throughout including new towers, equipment and a new utility service to provide sufficient power to the Redlands bowl's needs. This work includes all labor, equipment, materials, and delivery, and all appurtenant work required to install system to meet the standards and achieve the performance noted herein. The contractor shall work closely with owner for the location of all new lighting and audio system and light fixtures. Towers 5 & 6 and its appurtenances are bid alternate items only. No provisions for these items are to be included in base bid.
