Oswego County Airport 10-Bay T-Hangar Project

Proposed project generally includes the construction of one pre-engineered metal up to a ten bay standard T Hangar, on asphalt pavement, including basic wiring and lighting and minor site work. The T-Hangar will be up to approximately 15,000 square feet, and will be used by tenants to store based aircraft. Site work and asphalt pavement section will be completed by the Owner. Two contracts will be awarded, one general construction and one for electrical construction. Five alternate bids are included in the proposal to allow for the Owners funding flexibility from a minimum 6-bay unit up to a 10-bay unit.
