Town of Red Hook Well No. 1 and Well No. 2 Rehabilitation and Level Sensor Installation

The work consists of rehabilitation of the Town Water District No. 1's existing two wells and installation of a level sensor terminating at a junction box at the top of the well heads. a) Well No. 1: 1. Pull existing well pump. 2. Perform a pre-cleaning television inspection of the well in accordance with Section 02529. 3. Perform a pre-cleaning 2-hour pump test in accordance with Section 02528. 4. Rehabilitate the well in accordance with Section 02528. 5. Perform a 30-minute pump test after each set of applications in accordance with Section 02528. 6. Perform a post-cleaning television inspection of the well in accordance with Section 02529. 7. Re-install existing well pump. 8. Install well level transducer, junction box, and aneroid bellows in accordance with Section 13420 and as shown in the attached Drawing. 9. Disinfect each well in accordance with Section 02528. 10. Properly neutralize and treat discharge water from the wells during rehabilitation in accordance with Section 02528. b) Repeat steps above for Well No. 2
