Description

The Town of Wilbraham, the Awarding Authority, invites bids for the construction of the new Wilbraham Senior Center currently located behind the Town Hall at a 240 Springfield Street, Wilbraham, MA. The scope of work includes the Construction of a three story, 15,890 square foot Senior Center building, including associated site clearing, site preparation and development. The General Contractor shall be DCAMM certified. The Filed Sub-Bidder DCAMM certification categories for this project are as follows: Metals, Glass and Glazing, Roofing & Flashing, Acoustic Tile, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, SS44A-44J, as most recently amended, and all other applicable laws. Bids are subject to Prevailing Wage Rates as required by MGL c. 149, SS 26 to 27H. The Town of Wilbraham reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so
