Solicitation: 36C25224B0001 Project: 550-23-105: Install EV Charging Stations & Repair Parking Lot (CON) Location: VA Illiana Health Care System (VAIHCS) 1900 East Main Street Danville, IL 61832 VA Illiana Health Care System (VAIHCS) has a requirement to install EV Charging Stations & Repair Parking Lot in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, curbs, electrical equipment removal and installation, transformer installation, duct bank installation, cable installation, necessary removal of existing structures, and certain other items. Contractor shall Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and all other necessary resources required for Project #550-23-105 Install EV Charging Stations and Repair Parking Lot as required by the drawings and specifications. The Period of Performance is Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP shall be issued approximately 10 calendar days after award once required payment and performance bonds and certificate of insurance is provided. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on www.SAM.gov. There will be a pre-bid conference held for this project and all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Details of the pre-bid conference will be included in the solicitation package. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bids, and prior to award of any contracts, the offeror must represent to the CO that it is a (1) SDVOSB eligible under VAAR Subpart 819.70; (2) Small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to this acquisition; and (3) Certified SDVOSB listed in the SBA certification database at:Â https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 27, 2023 with the bid opening on or about November 29, 2023. The bidder is responsible to monitor and download any amendments from SAM.gov which may be issued to this solicitation. The magnitude of the requirement is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction; small business $45 Million size standard applies. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. |
