Construction of New DPW Facility

A. The project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of, but is not limited to the following. 1. The Project consists of the site improvement and the construction of several structures on one site, as noted below, and new utility approaches. 1) Demolition of all existing structures except for the existing Salt Shed and associated infrastructure. a) Note: The existing salt shed must be maintained until new salt shed is substantially complete, ready for the owners’ use, and salt has been relocated. 2) Construction of major Site Work – As shown on the Civil Drawings and Structural Drawings. 3) Salt Shed – +/- 6,000 square foot single story frame supported metal structure with pvc cladding and concrete T walls. 4) Building Pads for Building A, B, and C 5) Building B and C retaining walls 6) Utilities as shown on the Civil and MEP drawings
