| Description | The project scope of work generally includes: utility location confirmation by Vacuum Excavation, sediment & erosion control, earthwork, pedestrian by-pass signage, site work, construction of concrete SRW masonry retaining walls, precast paver walk, vibration monitoring for the installation of both steel helical piles and timber piles. Construction of composite decking boardwalk on TSYP structure, with aluminum safety fence and ADA handrails, installation of (3) 8` X 20` floating docks (1) with ADA Kayak launch, electrical power supply, lighting, dry standpipe for fire protection system, miscellaneous site furnishings, drip irrigation system, landscape plantings and (2) years of project maintenance and Add Alternates as described in the contract documents. |
