Vendors shall be actively licensed as required by N.J.A.C. 13:31A-1.1 et seq. and have the training and resources necessary to handle any locksmith service requirements, regardless of size, up to and including full scale comprehensive Access Control and security systems tailored to meet the individual requirements for each department.
