Expansion building 2nd floor renovation of existing office space, circulation, break room, and conference room and labs. The project also includes expansion building 2nd floor cosmetic renovations to 3 PD Labs. Replace existing casework with new stainless steel casework with epoxy resin tops & sinks and replace flooring. It is anticipated the office areas will remain on the existing expansion building HVAC system, air handlers AHU 4 and 5 located in the basement It is assumed the Project will provide a new air handler with run around heat recovery, for the single pass air for the 3 potent labs, AD Lab and Cat IV sampling room. The air handler and 2 exhaust fans, 1 will be 100% redundant for backup, the new HVAC equipment is assumed to be placed on the roof. The Work scope will include updating existing, plumbing waste and supply riser diagrams, room pressurization floor plans, air handler zoning plans.
