Description

The City of Rockwall is soliciting proposals in order to identify individuals and/or businesses qualified to operate and manage concession stand to be located at Tuttle Sports Complex and possibly other Rockwall Parks during special events. This RFP is designed for those interested in creating a contract relationship to operate a privately-owned portable concession stand at the above-mentioned City of Rockwall parks. The selected concessionaire(s) will be required to operate the facility according to the terms and conditions as outlined in the Citys Standardized Concession Agreement. Questions may be addressed to the Parks Department at the address listed below. The proposals will be opened at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at the following address: City of Rockwall - Parks and Recreation Department 108 E.
