Any and all costs not specifically provided for in the proposal response will be borne by the Contractor. Parts and supplies may be charged at Contractors verifiable actual cost. SCOPE OF SERVICES: GROUNDS KEEPING The successful Contractor shall be prepared to perform the Grounds Keeping Services, according to the work schedule outlined in the specifications below. General Grass Trimming and Edging Chemical Applications and Spraying Spring Clean-Up Fall Clean-Up Tree and Shrub Pruning and Trimming SNOW REMOVAL Multiple plowing and salt applications may be required per storm event. The Contractor shall provide the equipment, materials, management, supervision, and manpower necessary to provide the Snow Removal Services detailed in this bid.
