Description

Scope of Work: 1 Remove hangar doors and secure in a safe location, 2 Take grade of existing track, 3 Jack hammer existing track and concrete out, 4 Remove and haul out debris, 5 Tie rebar for footer, 6 Pour concrete footer and finish, 7 Set track in place and set grade, 8 Pour concrete and finish around track, 9 Set hangar doors and adjust for proper operation, 10 Check light above hangar door; replace bulb, 11 Adjust door, clean up, and demobilize.
