Description | Perform Cleaning and CCTV inspections, as well as inspection reports, as specified for sewer and drain lines and manholes in Manchester NH, as part of its ongoing Capacity, Management, Operations, and Maintenance (CMOM) Program and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit Program. Types of inspections required include, but are not limited to: 1. "Pre-Paving" Inspections - Sewer and drain pipelines and catch basin laterals to be inspected prior to road resurfacing or full roadway reconstruction. 2. "Priority CMOM Inspections" - Sewer pipelines and catch basin laterals to be inspected as part of the City's CMOM priorities. 3. "Investigative Inspections" - Sewer and drain pipelines and catch basin laterals to be inspected to support EPD's construction work or to investigate a sewer backup or other reportable event. 4. "Interceptor Inspections" - The City of Manchester owns and maintains five (5) sewer interceptors. One interceptor is inspected per year. 5. Manhole Inspections by MACP certified inspector Questions regarding this request should be directed to Rebecca Balke, Environmental Permits Coordinator, at (603) 851-7993. All questions must be submitted to EPD by Thursday, June 22 at 5:00pm. No questions received after June 22 will be responded to. The Public Works Director reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that appears to be in the best interest of the City. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient for disqualification. Bid is for a two-year period beginning approximately July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025. Five additional one year extensions may be granted if the Contractor's work is deemed satisfactory to the City. Bid prices shall remain firm for the duration of the contract. |
