Bourgard College of Music and Art Rehabilitation

Develop Louisville Office of Housing, is opening an invitation to bid on General Contracting Construction Services for the rehabilitation of the Bourgard College of Music and Art located in Louisville, Kentucky. Per the Scope of work and specs, the selected contractor is expected to complete the requested rehab on the building. The General Contractor will complete white box construction for this building, which will prepare the building for future tenant improvements. All work shall meet the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring and Reconstructing Historic Buildings (Secretary of the Interior's Standards).
