The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of a retail development. As of March 31, 2023, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. The outside of the envelope shall be marked Project Bid: Lutheran Community Services Miscellaneous Bid Items, Project No. 2023-01 with items being bid on noted on envelope. The Lutheran Community Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or waive any irregularities. Proposals will only be accepted from bidders who have obtained Contract Documents from Link Construction Group and have been registered as a plan holder. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The Project is sales tax exempt. No bidder my withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
