Various Roadways - Chip Sealing

The work for which proposals are invited will consist of chip sealing the roadway with an emulsified binder and aggregate. Chip sealing of New Washington (CR 5), Carey (CR 27), Baker (CR 47), Stevens (CR 69), Johnston (CR 97), and Cook (CR 130) Roads, totaling 16.6 miles, more or less, as per specifications of Contract No. CC05 (2023). Date set for project completion: August 18, 2023 All proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid or a bond for the full amount of the bid, payable to the Crawford County Commissioners in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Prevailing wage rates for this project have been predetermined as required by law and are set forth on the Ohio Department of Commerce's website. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, or to accept any proposal that is deemed most favorable to Crawford County.
