| Description | The goal of this solicitation is to select up to three qualified plumbing contractors to perform as needed and when requested plumbing services, including emergency response for three campus locations. Questions Due Date: Jul 17th 2023, 12:00 PM CDT The University reserves the right to add, delete, or change the scope of work based on University's needs. For changes to the scope of work, and where applicable, the Contractor will submit a formal proposal that specifies the proposed service(s) and cost. The proposal shall include a cost breakdown by labor and materials as requested by the University. The University reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require a more rapid response should it deem it to be necessary. A typical emergency repair will have a response time of four (4) hours. If repair cannot be started within this period, the University reserves the right to obtain the services of other Contractors. |
