Bids shall be submitted on the provided forms in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of 5% of the Bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. Contractor’s bids are irrevocable for a period of (45) days The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. Project Description: Essex County Industrial Development Agency (ECIDA) is developing Lot 11 in the newly expanded Moriah Business Park. The new approximately 5,000 square foot building will consist of 4 suites with a shared corridor, bathroom facilities, and utility space, including associated plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. The project also involves storm water management systems and controls, site grading, and new parking lot and driveway. The Owner requires the project to be substantially completed on or before June 28, 2024 and final completion on or before July 31, 2024.
