The Purpose of This Project is to Overlay Approximately 5.27 Miles of Various County Roads in Faulkner County. This Project Consists of Trenching and Shoulder Preparation, Aggregate Surface Course (Class D-8), Achm Surface Course, Cold Millig Asphalt Pavement, Achm Patching of Existing Roadway, Maintenance of Traffic, Pavement Marking, and Misc. Items. Routes : CRS 51 & 46 County : Faulkner Length : 5.27 miles in length. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Complete This Contract on or Before November 21, 2023. In Order to Have a Bid Considered, Contractors Must Furnish a Proposal Guaranty Consisting of Either a Bidder's Bond or a Certified or Cashier's Check in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount Bid. in Order for a Bond to Be Acceptable to the Department, the Company Issuing the Bond Must Be Named in the Department of Treasury Listing of Companies Holding Certificates of Authority as Acceptable Sureties on Federal Bonds and as Acceptable Reinsuring Companies. the Underwriting Limitation of the Bonding Company Shall Be Adhered to.
