| Description | HVAC Preventative Maintenance Services are required for the CCC, Camarillo Center, located at 3200 Wright Road, CA 93010. This contract will cover all HVAC equipment maintained by the CCC, on or in Camarillo Centers building identified as Buildings A-I. The Contractor will provide labor, material, and equipment to perform preventative maintenance and inspection of HVAC equipment within various buildings at the Camarillo Center. On a Quarterly basis, Contractor is expected to provide Preventative Maintenance (PM) work to be completed in the following months (dates may be adjusted to meet center scheduling and/or based on the contract execution date): Deadline to ask Questions 9/05/2023 @ 3:00PM Anticipated Award Date 9/20/2023 |
