Monastery Road Reclaimed Water Extension

A. The Project consists of the construction of approximately 2100-ft of new 10” Reclaimed Water Main (RWM) which includes approximately 1975-ft directional drill construction, 240-ft of 6”-8” RWM along Monastery Rd. from N. Silverstone Ct. to approximately 200-ft south of Veterans Memorial Pkwy, ending in the Oakhurst subdivision (Waterside Oaks Dr.). B. Furnish all materials, equipment, tools, and labor which is reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not. C. Reference Section 01410 - Regulatory Requirements and Permits concerning permits secured by the Owner and permits to be secured by the Contractor. Other licenses or permits for construction facilities of a temporary nature that are necessary for the prosecution of the work shall be secured and paid for by the Contractor. D. Repair, replace, or otherwise settle with the Owner, if damage to property or existing facilities occurs, including damage to pavements, utilities, lawns, structures, etc. E. Construct the Project under a single unit price contract.
